HealthFerm showcases their research in a newly released animated video

Using innovative pulse and cereal-based food fermentations, HealthFerm strives to develop and introduce products for a healthier and more sustainable diet.

The consortium has just released a brand-new animated video which introduces the process and expected outcomes of the research in a funny and entertaining format. The release of the video coincides with the start of the HealthFerm citizen science project, which invites sourdough (home)bakers and other fermentation enthusiasts to advance research into plant-based fermented foods.
